DELIVERY POLICY

We undertake to despatch your order within 5 business days. We will confirm delivery of your order via email if you provide your email address.

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

We ship online orders within Singapore only. To ensure quick and reliable delivery, we deliver all orders to non-P.O.Box addresses from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) between 11am to 4pm. For overseas delivery, please write to us at enquiry@songcho.com.sg and we will advise the shipping rate accordingly.

RECIPIENT NOT HOME

If the recipient is not home when your delivery is made, please call our customer service representative at 6281 1198 to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery arrangement. (SGD30 charge - subject to GST, will be chargeable for re-delivery).

Note: We guarantee delivery of our products to your doorstep. Please provide specific instructions regarding delivery alternatives if this condition is not likely to be suitable.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We provide FREE DELIVERY for Eshop order SGD150 and above (inclusive of GST). A delivery fee of SGD30 (subject to GST) is applicable for order below SGD150. All products within a single order will be made in one delivery.

SELF COLLECTION

Customer must present order acknowledgement receipt to the counter upon collection of goods. Self collection must be made within 5 business days after payment at SONG-CHO Mapex sales office at 37 Jalan Pemimpin #01-08 Mapex S577177 (Marymount MRT, exit B).
 
Should there be any unforeseen circumstances that the customer is not able to collect the goods within 14 days, please call our customer service hotline at 62811198 to re-arrange for a collection time.
 

INSTALLATION

Customers are required to provide as much details about the installation site such as the material on which installation is to be carried out (concrete, marble, wood etc.), area measurement (length, width and height) and hidden piping (gas pipes, water pipes etc.) to ensure a smooth and safe installation.

We offer installation services for our customers at a charge on a per trip basis. Please refer to FAQ (under Installation And Charges) for details

Note:

We provide installation service for Song-Cho products only. Please be advised that we do not cater to customer requests to install products from other brands.

We currently accept Visa® and MasterCard® as well as direct bank transfer. Please be assured that our systems offer complete security and that customers information is kept private. We welcome your comments or questions about our websites at www.songcho.com.sg.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW DO WE USE IT?

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if payment is via credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

CREDIT CARD DETAIL

All credit card payments are processed securely through PAYPAL. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

YOUR CONSENT

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by SONG-CHO.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is absolute priority. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our goods are carefully inspected before leaving our facilities.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returned products will only be accepted on the occasion that we sent you the wrong products.

No exchange for items altered, damaged or used.

If products are to be returned, they MUST be unopened, & in the original packaging and returned within 7 working days with your Invoice/receipt as we require proof of purchase before any refunds can be processed.

If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error within 7 working days upon delivery. We will arrange the incorrect goods to be returned to us at no charge to you. The correct goods will be dispatched without extra charges incurred by the buyer within 7 working days. However, you will be required to pay delivery charges if you have ordered the incorrect products and seek for an exchange.

We appreciate your understanding that upon return, the goods will be inspected. Credits or refunds issued will be at item value. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. If you cancel your order after the goods have left our facilities, you will still responsible for delivery cost and the refund for goods will be made only after we confirm the receipt of the goods back to our facilities.

We advise all our customers to review this Delivery Policy and Returned Merchandise / Refund Policy page frequently as this Policy may be amended by us at any time without sending specific notice to you. The latest Policy will be posted on this site and you should review this Policy prior to using this site.
